A bilateral taxation convention between Canada and the Polish People’s Republic for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to income and capital. The agreement, accompanied by a protocol, sets out rules governing how income and capital are taxed for individuals and entities with ties to both countries.
