Number of Convictions – Select MVA Offences

This dataset includes convictions for the following specified offences in the Motor Vehicle Act: MVA 100D Cellphone distracted driving; and MVA 103(3) Passing a school bus with red lights flashing. The information is recorded on the Nova Scotia Justice Enterprise Information Network (JEIN). The number of convictions are defined by calendar years.
