Activist sees opportunity in capturing the energy of Caribbean youth at forum

Young people have much to contribute to the development of the Caribbean region, says Asha-Gaye Cowell. Harnessing their energy will be the focus of the Youth FIRE Forum happening at the 54th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Caribbean Development Bank.
