CER Adjudication Process Transparency

The CER is a continuous improvement organization. Following the completion of a public hearing, we seek feedback on our hearing process from participants to see if we have met our objectives and to hear views on how we can improve. We also use this data to measure our departmental results, specifically the results framework indicator of the “percentage of surveyed participants who indicate that adjudication processes are transparent”. Calculated as percentage of survey responses at the 4 and 5 range of a 5 point scale compared against the total number of responses to CER post-hearing survey questions evaluating participant perspectives about the transparency of CER proceedings.
