CFIA-Undeclared allergens and gluten in coconut water - 2021-2022

The main objective of this survey was to obtain additional information regarding the presence and levels of undeclared allergens and gluten in coconut water products. Of the 85 samples tested, 1 sample was found to contain undeclared soy. None of the products sampled in this survey were found to represent a health risk so no product recalls were performed.
