A Correctional Officer Onboarding Program is being piloted at Kent Institution in response to concerns surrounding organizational culture. The program's objective is to support new Correctional Officers (COs) in their transition from the Correctional Service Canada's (CSC) Training Academy to the realities of working at the institution.
