This is a 5 Year Regional Report by court level, division and class, as represented in the Courts Dashboard. • "Provincial Court Criminal Cases by Length of Time to Conclude" is a timeliness measure for the percentage of concluded criminal court cases by age category in Provincial Court. • This report indicates the proportion of Provincial Court criminal concluded cases that have a time to conclusion within the following age categories: o 1 to 60 days; o 61 to 120 days; o 121 to 180 days; o 181 to 240 days; o 241 to 365 days; o greater than 365 days. • The extracts report Provincial Court concluded case data for courthouses across BC by 5 regions in BC. • Fiscal Year datasets are available and are based on the date the case is concluded.
