Each type of violation is referenced to the Manitoba Food and Food Handling Establishment Regulations. The five most common violations are represented as a percentage of all identified food safety violations. This dashboard was created by the Food Safety and Inspection Branch - Manitoba Agriculture. Field definitions: Period (Period): period of inspection Year (Year): year of violation Violations (Violations): type of violation Occurrence (Occurrence): number of violation occurrences for each type Total Violations (Total Violations): total number of violations % of Total (% of Total): percentage of the total violations Regulations (Regulations): specific sections of regulations violated
