The percentage of midsize cars in the total sales of light-duty vehicles with the model year 1990 is shown for the populated areas. Light-duty vehicles include all cars and light trucks. The market share of midsize cars with the model year 1990 was proportionately higher in all of Ontario, southern Quebec, the Atlantic Provinces, and the southern parts of Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The areas with the highest midsize car share are found in the Windsor-Quebec Corridor, while the lowest are in British Columbia.
