Office of the Administrator of the Fund for Railway Accidents Involving Designated Goods (operating under the name) Ship and Rail Compensation Canada: Annual Report to Parliament on the Access to Information Act – 2024-2025

The Office of the Administrator of the Fund for Railway Accidents Involving Designated Goods, operating under the name Ship and Rail Compensation Canada – Rail Fund, is pleased to submit to Parliament its annual report on the administration of the Access to Information Act (ATIA) for the fiscal year commencing on April 1, 2024, and ending March 31, 2025. This report is submitted in accordance with section 94 of the ATIA. The report is tabled in Parliament through the Minister of Transport. The Ship Fund does not have any non-operational subsidiaries.
