The Free Trade and Labour Mobility in Canada Act - Forms

Free Trade and Labour Mobility in Canada Act (FTLMCA) reporting requirements:

Regulatees seeking to submit certified compliance as authorized by the FTLMCA will be required to deliver the necessary compliance documents directly to NRCan via email to complianceops-opsconformite@nrcan-rncan.gc.ca. The email must have the subject line, "FTLMCA Submission".

Regulatees wanting to take advantage of the additional compliance pathway provided by the FTLMCA should refer to Compliance using the Free Trade and Labour Mobility in Canada Act.
